[allAfrica] Geneva -- The UN Human Rights Office said Tuesday it is receiving ''appalling reports'' from Sudan that members of one of the protagonists in the war, the Rapid Support Forces, are carrying out atrocities, including summary executions, after seizing control of new areas.
